Fans of NYT-best-selling author Gretchen Rubin had asked for materials to conduct a workshop based on her book The Four Tendencies. After researching the needs and expectations of prospective customers (the workshop facilitators), I designed a solution that would allow a facilitator at any experience level to deliver a highly social and interactive workshop. The final package included a facilitator’s guide, slide deck, and handouts – all with visuals that aligned with Gretchen Rubin’s personal branding.

I also managed the pilot test, where we received overwhelmingly positive feedback from both the facilitator and participants. A sampling from the testimonials:
